Ten minutes of your time. The rest is our problem.
Photographers do not avoid getting a website because they do not want one. They avoid it because the last time they tried, it ate three weekends and never quite got finished.
So the whole process is arranged around a single principle: the work sits with us, the decision sits with you, and you are never waiting on a task you have to complete before anything can happen.
From your first message to a site on your own domain.
| When | What happens | What you do |
|---|---|---|
| Within 2 hours Working hours | We reply, confirm we can build for what you shoot, and send a short checklist. | Nothing. |
| The next 10 minutes | — | Send the checklist back. Photographs, services, links. One message. |
| Within 48 hours | We build the whole site — structure, words, layout, your photographs — and put it on a private link. | Nothing. |
| Then, however long you need | We wait. | Look at it. On a phone, on a laptop, with whoever you ask about these things. |
| If yes | We take payment, register or connect your domain, and take the site live. | Approve, pay, and tell us the domain. |
| If no | We close the file and delete the preview. No invoice, no follow-up sequence. | Say no. One word is plenty. |
| 24–72 hours after yes | Live on your domain, with the credentials sent to you. | Nothing. |
| Day 3, then week 2 | We check in. Anything that needs adjusting gets adjusted. | Tell us what to change. |
Rush delivery inside 24 hours is available as a $49 add-on. We will tell you honestly whether your project can take it.
Everything we ask you for, in one list.
This is the entire intake. There is no second questionnaire and no discovery call.
- 8 to 15 photographs you are proud of. Not your whole archive — a gallery gets tiring past about fifteen, and we would rather have your fifteen best than your hundred good.
- What you offer and roughly what it costs. A price band is fine. Published prices filter out the enquiries that waste your time.
- A few sentences about you. Badly written is fine. That is what the copywriting is for.
- Any real testimonials you already have, with the client's permission.
- Your logo, if you have one. If you do not, say so and we will set your name properly instead.
- Your domain, or a note that you need one. It gets registered in your name.
- The email address enquiries should land in.
Every build passes the same checks. Including the boring ones.
A website that looks good and loads slowly is not a good website. These are checked on every single build, not just the ones where we remember.
- Opens and reads correctly at 375 pixels wide, which is most phones
- Photographs sized and compressed properly — no six-megabyte JPEGs
- Every image has alternative text, for screen readers and for search
- Text contrast measured, not guessed at
- The whole site usable by keyboard alone
- The enquiry form tested by actually submitting it
- Page titles and descriptions written for each page, not duplicated
- Checked in Chrome, Safari and Firefox, on a phone and a laptop
What happens when it goes wrong.
If we are late. We tell you before the deadline, not after it. If a preview slips past 48 hours you will hear from us with a reason and a new time.
If the preview is not right. Say so and tell us what is off. One round of changes is included before you decide, because we would rather fix it than lose you over something we misread.
If we cannot build for you. Some work does not suit what we do. We will say so in the first reply rather than take the job and do it badly.
If you disappear. Nothing happens. We do not run a follow-up sequence, and there is no invoice for work you never asked to keep.
